Preschool

After going to both her cousin's school Christmas programs this year. Brinley kept asking Chad and I why she didn't go to school. We finally decided she was ready for it and that it would be good for her to learn from someone besides me during the day. It would also help her in following and taking directions from other people. We started her in a preschool that only had 5 other students at the time. It seemed to be the cheapest route to go and we have been very happy with our decision.

The night before Brinley's first day of preschool she was so excited to help us pick out what she was going to wear and already planning on what her breakfast would be. The morning of her first day Brinley was so excited to start preschool. She woke up earlier than usual and kept telling Karli and I that it was time to go, yet we had plenty of time to spare.

Brinley has thoroughly enjoyed going to preschool she comes home and sings songs, tells us about the calendar, points out shapes that she learned about, practices writing her name, colors, and cuts, and works on her memory verse.
